Na een succesvolle tour in Nederland van 11 tot en met 16 April 2008 trekt Safyra na aankomst in Suriname direct door met Inselair na aankomst in Suriname op 16 April naar St maarten. Moe maar vol positieve vibe stap ze na koffers te hebben gewisseld het vliegtuig in om over te stappen van Curacau naar St Maarten. De nationale gift, een kotomisie gekleed in onze banablad en het nationaal kostuum gaan ook mee. Zeker vergeet ze niet haar kleding voor de talenten ronde meetenemen om St Maarten tijdens Carnival onveilig te maken met de Belly dance.Er is voor de belly dance gekozen omdat het een van haar talenten is en daarnaast is de belly dance niet heel bekend in de Caribbean en bestaat de mogelijkheid om met de Arbische beats de aandacht te trekken van vele aanwezigen.Na een ervaring rijker op Manila ziet ze St Maarten als een grote uitdaging en kan ze met de Surinaamse vlag hoog in haar handen,Suriname weer internationaal in de schijnwerpers plaatsen.Onze dank gaat uit naar FAMILY STORE LEILA FRANGIE,WHISPERS VOOR DE GELE BIKINI'S en GALAXY

I would like to be associated with the aids program of the Red cross in my country because of the numbers of people that are getting effected by HIV virus is rising which means that we have to take action to get the population healthy again so that we know that the generation to come will be strong individuals which will led to a strong healthy nation. And if all members of the Caribbean work tighter we in this community and start helping the rest of the world

What do you know about the Caribbean and the ‘’Miss PJD2 Caribbean beauty pageant’’?

This pageant is a pageant yearly held in St Maarten during the Carnival, bringing different people and cultures from the Caribbean together. Due the fact that we are from the Caribbean the pageant stimulates the bounds between the different members of the Caribbean society.

The voice of St Maarten , PJD2 is the heart of St Maarten which stimulates not only the harmony on this island but also tries to achieve a warm harmony between the members of the Caribbean.

Na veel studeren is mijn tentamenronde achter de rug en is een van mijn meest begeerde doelen in het leven nu bijna gerealiseerd.... de volgende stap is het voortzetten van het schrijven van mijn business plan om mijn diploma te behalen...maar tijdens deze periode was ik ook jarig, 11 maart 2008.

Deze dag is niet alleen voor mij een speciale dag geweest maar ook voor de 15 meiden die de voorselectie hebben behaald om mee te kunnen dingen naar de titel Miss Suriname 2008...
Meiden gefeliciteerd zet hem op, laat die persoon die je werkelijk bent stralen....

Aan de samenleving en de de organisatie voor de attentie op mijn jaardag...
