A beautiful lady with lots of potential that's me , Jaleeza Erica van
Riessen. I was born on the 5th of june and took with me the sign Gemini .

I love cooking , painting and drawing . I have these hobbies because i
like to make something out of nothing .

My ambitions in life are to finish school and finally start my own
business in the restaurant industry .
I am also youthful so i know there can be lots of negativity on yourpath ,
my message to the youth is don't let anything stand in the wayof reaching
your goal and never stop dreaming because dreams becomereality.

what does beauty mean to you ?
To me beauty does not only mean beautiful from the outside but also inner
beauty, because when you have inner beauty the world opens her arms too you andyou
are treated with the respect u deserve because you are simplybeautiful.

What are your biggest dreams ? And how do you think you can reach them ?
My biggest dream is to have my own business , i know the only way to reach
this is to finish school, stay clean and never stop dreaming and knowing that one day my dream is going to be reality .

Why do you think you should be miss Suriname 2008 ?
I know i deserve the title miss Suriname 2008 because i can be
an inspiration to everybody, men and women , to show them that
they should never forget who they are and what they stand and they
are powerful no matter what .

How should the titel holder of miss suriname, represent Suriname?
I think miss Suriname should use her year very worthy , because it isa
ones in a life time opportunity to show people what Suriname and
the Surinamese stand for and she should keep on doing this after her
year with the title is over.

How do you plan to represent Suriname abroad and what is the most important aspect you canb tell about Suriname?
I would represent Suriname in the way that i feel for my country andthat
is with love , the most important thing i would tell them about mycountry
Suriname is that for me Suriname is the riches country in theworld because
this country is blessed with wonderful people , differentcultures ,
delicious food and nature the world dreams about .

What do you like the most about your mentality?
What i like most about my mentality is that i am very spontaneous and
helps a lot with with getting to know people .

What can you tell the world about yourself?
Something i can tell the world about myself is that i am very outgoing, my
love for nature is enormous and i know this comes because of thebeautiful
outdoor in my sweet Suriname

How social are you as a person?
I am a very socially feeling person ,i am willing to help everybody in need .
So if i become miss Suriname 2008 i would like to do some project to help
the needy .

What is your motto in life?
In life it's very important to know what you want to do , that makes it
much easier to go for your goal

How do you find the Miss Suriname 2008 contest?
Miss Suriname for me is up till now is a whole new world , a world of
learning, meeting new people and making new friend. This is something i will
remember my whole life, I love it !!
